All orders are final once a customer has submitted final payment. Pasithea Products may refund payments made for products at it's sole discretion. 

Our 100% satisfaction guarantee is available on all products, but customer must start return process within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping times are not guaranteed and Pasithea Products will not be held liable for products that arrive "late".
